A MAN ARRESTED yesterday in connection with the fatal shooting of Michael Kelly in Dublin on 15 July has been released without charge.

27-year-old Kelly was found with “obvious gunshot wounds”at Grand Canal Place close to St James’s Hospital last month and pronounced dead at the scene nu skin product.

A short time later gardaí recovered a firearm from a burnt out vehicle in Rialto and a number of appeals were made at the time, nuskin as the incident took place adjacent to a Luas line. Two trams were passing as the attack was carried out, and gardaí believe dozens of people may have witnessed the immediate aftermath of the incident.

Four people – one man and three women aged in their mid 30s to 40s – were previously arrested in relation to the attack. They were released two days later without charge, nuskin group and a file was sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A man in his 20s was picked up by gardaí yesterday for questioning at Kevin Street Garda Station. He was released this evening nu skin hk. Gardaí say the investigation is ongoing.
